Alternative California north-south route to Highway 1?

Sounds like a GREAT ride! I'd invite you to come down this way and ride
with me one day, but givin your plans, I think I would need to meet you
around Los Alamos (about 25 miles for me and about 50 for you) and then I
might be able to keep up with you. grin
