it all depends on your style. Just to make sure, rolling hops are when you're moving? -- Tomahawk Coconuts kill around 150 people every year. Rolling hops are when you are rolling. It's pretty simple. I am way better at rolling then SIF side hops. I don't practice SIF hopping for height as often as I should....
