Default Muscle bike parts and info?

Hello All,

First time post. Not sure if this is the proper NG but I'll give it a try. I'm looking for
any info on companies that sell parts for vintage type '60's/ '70's muscle bikes. Not
looking for NOS original just parts in that style. Just basic parts and/or repro not
custom machined type stuff. Sissy bars, banana seats, ape hangers shifters and the like.
Have seen a few great internet sites etc. but looking for good insight anyone has.
Thanks, Stu

Try the toy department at K-Mart... I kid you not.

Lowrider specialists are the best source for such parts these days.
The basic versions of most of their parts are replicas of Schwinn
Stingray/Krate/Typhoon type stuff.

There are some online sellers, but the cheapest deals are to be had
elsewhere-- and they are astoundingly cheap. I wish I could remember
distributor names for you, but it's been a while, and the shop I used
to use is lately departed.

The following URL links to a difficult-to-read and none-too-cheap site
offering a good selection of lowrider and vintage replica parts. It's
typical of what you can find elsewhere online, and a little better
organized than most.

Cheers,

Chalo Colina
