CERVELO commercials made me puke everytime. Way to sell bikes you dip****s.
I know associate CERVELO with PUKE. I'll just stick to my NORCO.

As much withdrawal from the Tour as I'm going to have this week, I
won't miss a whole lot of the commercials.

Which ones were the worst in your opinion? The best?
I kind of liked the Rabbit commercial, cute. Cars going into vaginal
tunnel and coming out with a litter of rabbits.

Several left me with an impression but not of any brand - I now know
that "Meema" means password in Japanese, but can I tell you which
company or what product is being sold by that one? Nope.

I was humming that song from the commercial where the guy is waiting
for his bowling ball all day, but have no recollection of the product
or the company.

The Levi's commercial, however, was memorable.

Has anyone mentioned the OLN commercials w/ the old STYX song? Why
should we ever need to hear a STYX song again?

Flomax hands down. "Going often? Weak stream?"

Must not have played everywhere since nobody else mentioned it. Maybe it was
targeted only to my household. Hmmm, is that what Masters Fatties have to
look forward to??

We had that one too. And the obnoxious ones for Enzyte ("natural male
enhancement").

I have a feeling that I will like Viagra ...when I need it that is. That
reminds me, did you also have the commercials with the woman playing pool,
and the one with the three guys at the bar? If you did, you would know it.
Again, I have no idea what the products were.

The pool ad was for a motorcycle, I think.

One of the local bike shop ads is totally lame- this weird looking guy
with a bad nose job staring at a wheel.

One here (Orange County, CA) is for a local shop called
"Buy my Bikes." The guy from the shop looks like Garth
from Wayne's World after he had reached middle age and
completely let himself go, and who acts vaguely reminiscent
of the guys in the used car lot commercials from the 1960s.
The ads also feature some kids (presumably his) who haven't
even reached puberty yet have bigger guts than Kirstie Alley,
reciting dialog that would get them booed off the stage in
a third grade class play. Fortunately the dialog is often
masked by the sound of passing cars, since they apparently
filmed some of the ads a little too close to the adjoining
freeway. Yeah, I'm gonna buy HIS bikes.....

hahah... actually kirstie alley has slimmed down recently. But we have
that around here. A LBS where one of the sales guys looks like Fat
******* or Jabba the Hut...go figure. It's not a great LBS but it's
conveniently located. Then there's another one near where I used to
live. It was once a real bike shop but was taken over by this ex-hippie
loser who looks like Chong, and all you see in the window are ancient
junky bikes. he never seems to sell anything and a local joke is to call
him up and ask him for some sort of component, ie Mavic OPen Pro wheels
or an ITC stem or some such thing, and hear him angrily say he doesn't
carry that stuff. The only people who go in there are, you guessed it,
people who also look like Chong, Frank Zappa or gregg allman. Thanks to
me, everyone now refers to it as "chong's bike shop."

You had me worried there for a second. I thought you said Chung's bike
shop.
