The 22' long Street Cuff; Ratcheting cuffs provide snug, secure fit no
room for jacks or pry bars; 3' cuffs allow locking to parking meter and
fence posts; 9-Link Cuff designed to lock 2-3 bikes; Pivoting Link
prevents a fixed anchor point takes away use of leverage to defeat;
