I know it's the US-of-A, but why would any law enforcement even listen
to any accusation by a sociopath like Floyd Landis - he is FUBAR. He
would have 0 credibility in court, and so would any "evidence" he was
associated with. I don't know how he can live with himself.

They smell publicity. Publicity is like blood in the water for any
attorney in the public eye and they go it on instinct. Some are so
desperate they will even attempt to gut a shark if they can't find it
naturally occuring.

Of course, some have trouble telling blood from the real deal and chum
being thrown over the side. They swim in circles, snapping at little
pieces of nothing until there's IS nothing but sea water passing
through...
