"Elderly woman"??? At 67 years old? Hey, wait a minute!

But as to the cyclist: He picked bad excuses. In those situations
motorists just say "I didn't see him" and the cops share donuts as they
let them off.

You just gotta wonder how far he traveled after figuring out that his gears
and brakes didn't work.

Now where have I heard that before!.
She is just middle aged.


But as to the cyclist: He picked bad excuses. In those situations

I wonder if on top of the charges for hitting the woman, if he'll be charged with the knowing operation of an unsafe vehicle?
