FS: HED 3 Front Tubular Wheel, 700c

This model is 700c, has aluminum braking surface, and is threaded, so
it could be used with a track cog or freewheel if you changed the axle.
Currently there is a front axle in wheel. Included is a spinergy wheel
magnet, and a sewup glued on that is rideable. Skewer not included. I
have used this wheel as a track front TT wheel, so it get used maybe
2-3 times per year. Wheel is well maintained and in very good
condition. I estimate age to be about 4-5 years old, but less than 100
