Default Shimano 105 Pedals Vintages?

Hi Andrew.

Can you tell me what years these two types of Shimano 105 pedals were made?

Notice that one type does NOT have a detachable cage piece.

Thanks and cheers

I don't recall but every Shimano part has a production date
code:

Besides the actual part number PD-1050, PD-1055 etc

Looks like 1987 one-piece, 1990 with bolted back plate
