FS: Track wheel
This is a 700c track wheel. The hub is a Mallaird (single-sided, not
flipflop) and the rim is a 700c tubular. It has a "Super Competition, Made in France" sticker, so it is perhaps a Rigida or Mavic or Wolber. The wheel is laced with 36 3x spokes and is round and true (and strong). There is very little dried glue on the mounting surface. It is basically ready to glue up and ride. The hub is smooth (though I might be inclined to regrease it soon since it has been sitting for years) and the threads are clean. The axle is bolt-on and spaced 120 (though you could go wider with spacers). I will provide some track nuts. Pictures on request. $25 plus applicable shipping. Thanks, Andrew |
