KEYNOTE PRESENTATION: Government Minister will discuss HMG's Cycling initiatives (Invited) Kevin Mayne – The CTC and Cycle Training 2. MARKETING: Presentations on: * Promoting training and cycling to external markets * Internal marketing, Being a Champion, how to overcome obstacles WORKSHOPS: marketing to key consumer groups * Education * Health * Employees/ employers * Leisure and recreation * Hard to reach groups 3. VOLUNTEER OR PROFESSIONAL? A DEBATE: What is the impact of the National Standards on the status of instructing?
