I had been riding around blissfully unaware that it was that time of year again. I just went for my lunchtime ride (after reading the above this morning) and found myself baulking at every shadow :-) I hate magpies at this time of year - there is _no_ way from my house to the local bike path without going past at least one nest. Last year in Warwick, had my first swoop in July, the last one in February.
