Wow, careless cycling.
A CYCLIST has been reported by police after he ignored a road closure in
place after a serious crash on Chester Road. The cyclist rode past police officers, through the police road closure and under the scene tape before he was apprehended by an officer and was reported for careless cycling. Where is m'lud Lee to explain that the cyclist cannot commit an offence as he is 'Primary traffic' and can do as he likes? http://www.messengernewspapers.co.uk...g_fatal_crash/ |
