Looks like a good indicator (at least) that cycling actually _is_
overall a healthy activity, even if only done for a few minutes a day
... and doesn't just benefit the cyclist.

As is any aerobic exercise. Fortunately the majority of which don't involve
wearing stupid clothes and intimidating pedestrians.
