Default Part II: Bah! Rock Shox Sux - more questions...

So, I've blown the Psylo 'Race' shocks that came with the new bike. It's
taken me less than 5 weeks and I haven't been freeriding.
They've been sent away for (as the LBS puts it ) 'servicing'.
I don't want to repeat the problem.

The big question is, how much of an on-going problem is this likely to be
for me?

And since I'm asking, what, if anything, can I expect the LBS to reasonably
do for me to resolve the problem?

I clearly told them before I purchased that I'd had fork problems with the
last bike and that it was an issue for me.
I also told/emailed them to ensure that the bike and suspension was set-up
correctly for my weight because I'm no whippet at 195#.
Relevant thoughts and views appreciated.

And Yes; I already know that it serves me right for not getting Bombers ;-)

C'mon man, you know the answer to this questions. Yes, sell the damn thing!

And since I'm asking, what, if anything, can I expect the LBS to

You can expect (and politely demand) it either be fixed and/or replaced at
no charge to you. Now, if it's a kick-ass, lick my booty LBS, then you can
expect them to swap out that POS for a Bomber at a reasonable upcharge. Of
course, if they do this, you should pledge your eternal allegiance and all
future funds to them.

Just explain to them that many friends warned you about RS, but you wanted
to give the forks try for yourself. Now, you know from personal experience
that everybody was correct. Ask for forgiveness, repent, and pray for a
Bomber!

If they went wrong once chance are they're not going to get any
better. Get rid of them as your conscience allows and get a fork fit
for a heavy rider, like a Z1.
Manitou also seem better lately.
