Default ERD/Spoke Length for Velocity Fusion

I have to order the spokes before I get my mitts on the rim... Spokecalc
warns that the ERD is 596 and not the spec'ed 591--for 700c rims. Any
experience with this?

Building with DA 9sp (130mm hub 28h x2) I am getting 283.5 and 281.9 for
spoke lengths. Should I just round up for DT spokes or add a mil or two.
Plan is 14/15 for comps DS and 14/17 revo for NDS.

Thanks for your help.

Call the shop and ask. We have built many wheels with Fusion, they are 596mm
ERD.

As for the lacing, I would suggest 3 cross lacing and inside pulling. 3 cross
for 28 hole rear and thin spokes on the NDS. Inside pulling to reduce
spoke/flange overlap and bend for 28/3 cross.
