Pranksters caught and fined
Idiots in a car in Halifax thought it would be a laugh to attack a cyclist with litter - the law did not agree after they were tracked down.

You have to wonder what primitive brains they have.

They were most puzzled when it went 30mph AWAY from me. :-) Primitive brains indeed.
