So NOT a taxi-driver.

And NOT a cab-driver.

He is/was a *private hire car* driver.

You should know better.

VED is commonly called "Road Tax, I believe."

Taxi's & cabs are commonly called taxi's & cabs - not mini cabs.

Completely OT post naughty boy (girl?)

Dave - intelligent enough to realise that a push bike is a kid's toy, not a
viable form of transport.

Taxi-drivers have featured recently in urc, being praised as honest
and decent, compared to unconscious cyclists. This provides balance.

Sorry but taxi drivers are ****s and this is exactly the behaviour
one would expect from them.

Not that the man in the story is a taxi-driver - he simply isn't.

But you would not only expect killings and serious assaults to be
committed by licensed taxi-drivers (all of whom need a police
certificate of suitability), but yoiu'd expect them as a matter of
course?
Do you actually expect to be taken seriously?

I'm afraid he does.

Since no taxi-drivers are mentioned in the posted article, it is hard to see
how that can be true.
IOW, it isn't true.

Blah

How does it feel to be 100% wrong again?

Wrong again. This is a NG to discuss cycling - which is what I do. I just
don't happen to like cyclist scum.

You know that too - nothing could be more vapid than linking two entirely
different things on the misunderstanding that they were the same.

Wishful thinking and impetuousness got you into that position.

Yours is a lonely job, but someone's got to do it.

How did you know that?

Have you been stalking me?

peers out of window

Look at your rear wall. See that dancing red spot of light? Do you
know why it is dancing? It is dancing because I am laughing. Keep me
laughing or I shall be able to get a clear shot.
Or just close your bloody curtains! And put some bloody trousers on!
Really!
