Hey Junkyard,

Translate into English next time, dumbass. RBR isn't based in Milan.

Neither was the article/link, ****-For-Brains.

True. It's getting more and more based in Berlin, so I guess a German link would
be more appropriate
http://sport.orf.at/index.html?url=h...er/164038.html

It says the reason for the exclusion is the three recent doping cases, but
Todociclismo now reports it's due to a problem with two of the new contracts.
Anyway, the original translation holds: "don't play with us"

Quick Step (BEL)
Davitamon-Lotto (BEL)
CSC (DAN)
Iles Baléares (ESP)
Liberty Seguros (ESP
Euskaltel-Euskadi (ESP)
Saunier Duval-Prodir (ESP)
Cofidis (FRA)
Bouygues-Telecom (FRA)
FDJeux.com (FRA)
Crédit Agricole (FRA)
Gerolsteiner (ALL)
T-Mobile (ALL)
Domina Vacanze (ITA)
Liquidas (ITA)
Lampre-Caffitta (ITA)
Fassa Bortolo (ITA)
Rabobank (PBS)
Discovery Chanel (USA)
Pro Cycling Team (USA)

I guess the UCI want to crack down on cheaters. I don't blame them
doping is killing the sport and they have had three riders accused of
doping. One is there team leader and another was second in the Vuelta.

It probably isn't judging from the popularity of the sport with the Euro
fans. They don't really care about the doping issue. The sponsors may kill
the sport, as we now know it, if they pull out. Will Phonak stay in if they
aren't in the Pro-Tour due to doping? It's going to be an interesting three
or four months ahead.

...or the UCI may kill the sport, if, in spite of teams/sponsors
suspending riders who test positive, the UCI still sanctions/ostracizes
the teams.

Obviously, the implication is complicity between the teams and the
accused, but if the team has suspended the riders, why is UCI still
punishing the teams by keeping them of the circuit?

Sponsors can see this creates a no win situation for them and will turn
away. But who can blame them?
