Well, until a mapping from the domain to a valid IP exists, no one is
getting SPAM for yet.

BTW, if a mail server for notmyemail.com existed and user 123 didn't,
notmyemail.com would have to reject every incoming e-mail for user 123,
since it doesn't exist. Domain owners don't like any extra work like
this, so please don't think that the following e-mail address form is OK
to use:

Unless you have permission from the owner of valid.domain.
