Default FA: (2) NEW Mavic GEL 280 28 hole tubular rims. One pair.

On eBay: NEW Mavic GEL 280 28 hole tubular rims. One pair (2 rims).
Never built, never laced.

Actual rim weights of 300 grams! Build yourself a phenomenal climbing
or criterium wheelset.

I've built and raced on two sets of wheels built with these rims. The
weight savings is noticeable - especially when climbing or
accelerating.

I've been hoarding these rims in a box for a number of years, but it's
time to let them go to someone who will actually use them.

Note: The label on one rim caught on something and is torn. This is
cosmetic damage only (though I'm bummed that it happened).

Just a reminder, these are tubular rims and do not have a machined
sidewall. These are real old-school box-section rims, and do the job
just fine.
