A certain amount of lubrication is necessary with modern politics.

YEAH well. Then there's the Fish carb...
sacrificial layer ? A SL is a chicken commits suicide after...
Castrol is known as thin 20-50
Valvo 20-50's are known as thick
"The remainder are garbage."
What they can try is idleing the motor to running temps then shut it
off and let it sit for several minutes before continuing.
And wiring shutoff to all flows ceptin the starter motor button: oil
pressure before running.
a parallel: Third Hand bearings are rated Grade 25 but these are
Chinese with a dull finish. Harris, yawl know Harris right ? has Grade
25 shine like rhodium plated flying bat radiator gauges.

while the oil article maybe other than what it first reads as I assume
there is also an oil based beef here.
Surly the US*world/China currency valuation and debt relief program
bears some detached humor.
But continuing on, I own a new 5.4 SOHC Ford V8. Modern, and modern
goes a long way from 1956 Rotella, oil speced by Ford is not up to
lubing the valve train. Synthetic oil at what ? twice the price does
the job only after the engine is fully warmed. The standard oil speced
by Ford produces excessive startup valve noise and sometimes random
startup valve noise while the synth makes the valve train purr and
tick tick tick.
Antwya, Rotella 1956 isnot Rotella 2010 nor does zinc and gear
directed molybdenum additive have much in common.

Well, the cheeseheads can be idiots, since Scott Walker never did
anything as Milwaukee County Executive other than let the county board
fix the messes while he postured.

On the other hand, the USian people deserve Republican Party governance.

This country is falling apart. People are dying. Despair is
settled upon the land. These clowns [Congress] are frigging
around for no purpose better than the enrichment of Wall
Street bankers and Connecticut insurance tycoons. There has
been no change. There is no hope. - Christopher Cooper

So that is where hamburgers served at fast food restaurants come from.

Better than a Chevy Express rental van I drove, that sounded like it was
going to thrash itself to pieces (at less than 2,000 miles on the odometer).

7 cylinder crabs with discount. why ? caws U-Hog knew I could deal

Interesting article. The lower levels of ZDDP required to avoid
premature failure of the catalytic converter have been an issue in many
engines.

You can still buy non-API certified motor oil with high levels of ZDDP,
at least in the U.S.. Amsoil has several non-API certified oils with
higher levels of ZDDP. The trade-off is shorter catalytic converter
life, though it's not like the cat fails after a few thousand miles,
you're probably looking at 75K miles versus 150-200K miles.

The oil manufacturers don't disclose their formulations, but some people
do analysis on new oil to figure it out.
