Does it charge the battery when you brake?

Only if it has committed an offence.

No.

This was discussed and answered for you already a few months ago, attention

EBikes sound like fun and practicality combined.

Where's the "like" button?

The bike I bought can be switched from the UK road legal speed of
15.5mph to around 30mph for off road. Though no one in their right mind
would want to travel at 30 on a bicycle.

More from Birdbrain Macaw's (now "James Wilkinson" LOL) weird sociopathic
world:
"The entire world has been ****ed over by the disabled. They think they
have the right to be able to go everywhere in their chairs. ****ing ramps
everywhere, extra expense for all. Parking spaces marked disabled
everywhere (although they're handy as they're always empty for me to use)."
