Cervelo has, anyway.

I liked the old advert where they cut to a black-suited Swiss
guy weaving & grinding up a steep Swiss street while riding a
plain black utilitarian bike, like a Kronen or sumpthin'.

Kinda made me think of Jobst when/if he gets older. Or me,
in another life.

Anyways, that guy was more of a masher than a spinner.
I generally opt to mash up hills rather than spin up them,
too. My hill-climbing style is an ugly travesty, but it
works for me, and it gets me up there. It involves alternately
getting off the saddle and pumping the cranks "en danseuse,"
and scootching back on the saddle for more leg extension.
The former tactic weights the front wheel, and the latter
tactic weights the rear wheel.
