Default Zéfal Bike Bio Degreaser

Today I got another product from French Zéfal,
which have a little family of fluids for bikes.

This is the "Zéfal Bike Bio Degreaser",
Biodegradable Degreaser, 1L/33oz.

It doesn't say anything on the can except for
a small image of a bike, with black dots within
circles indicating where to use it on the bike.
So there is one circle on the handlebar with
one dot, another circle on the fork with one
dot, one on the crank with three dots, and one
on the rear wheel with one dot on the hub and
one on the derailer.

I actually have no idea what to do with this
fluid. For starters, by "grease", does this
refer to dirt in general or the mechanical
grease that is on the bearings? If so, why
would you want to "degrease" that?

Here's Zéfal's FAQ:
http://www.zefal.com/en/faq?id_cat=23

Couldn't find an MSDS, web page only says 'alkaline liquid'.

Good thing they have a FAQ but a lot of the
answers are just pushing for their products
without any more information to it.

MSDS = material safety data sheet
