Default Snowdon Restrictions

We are thinking of doing a ride down Snowdon in May, but I've heard that the
cycling restrictions have been moved from June to May. (i.e. no riding on the
mountain between 10am and 5pm)
Our new plan is to walk up to the top with the bikes and aim to get there
around 4:30, then after 5pm ride down.
Does anyone know if this would cause a problem?
If we are walking with the bikes are we ok to be on there during the
restriction times?

2 hours max up, 1/2 hr back down - plenty of daylight at this time of
year to do it within the guidelines, so why not just keep everybody
sweet?

Very true. I didn't know how long it was likely to take walking up there. If
it's not very long we'll be fine.
We're actually now looking into camping there the night before and ascending
with the sunrise. This could be the favoured option.. [1]

[1] Especially with Pete's eats at the bottom for breakfast..
