Are these small wheel Bianchi bicycles available in the US by special
order? They do not appear on the Bianchi USA website:
http://www.bianchiusa.com/08_bicycles.html.

Or even the large wheel. Look it's a Rivenbianchi:http://www.cycleurope.co.jp/2008/ancr.html

Converted price is ~$400. That can't be right!

Note that it takes a 26.6 seatpost (28.6 seat tube diameter). IOW,
this is a near 'gas pipe' (straight gauge, seamed tubing) frame. I
doubt it could be sold for much more than ~$500 in the US market,
except on a *very* small scale.

Sheeoot, my LBS sells those gas pipe Electra Amsterdams for $550--a
classic shaped touring bike fully equipped with vintage looking kit
would *easily* sell for $700. It's genuwine cromo, dontcha know!

Well, they could rebrand it as a Rivensthick (Blearyknot?), stick on
some 650Bs, crank up the gRant BS machine and sell 'em for $1200 a
shot, but only to a small group of suckers. ;-)
