Note that it takes a 26.6 seatpost (28.6 seat tube diameter). IOW, this is a near 'gas pipe' (straight gauge, seamed tubing) frame. I doubt it could be sold for much more than ~$500 in the US market, except on a *very* small scale. Sheeoot, my LBS sells those gas pipe Electra Amsterdams for $550--a classic shaped touring bike fully equipped with vintage looking kit would *easily* sell for $700. It's genuwine cromo, dontcha know! |
