Katarina Barge joined just after finishing her Solo RAAM 2005 race http://www.raceacrossamerica.org/fil...arina_2005.htm Glenn Druery of Sydney, Australia was and still is a member while training for RAAM 2005 http://www.raceacrossamerica.org/fil...Kraft_2005.htm 4 long distance riders formed a RAAM 4 person male team last year http://www.raceacrossamerica.org/fil...cyclonauts.htm (nice orange and blue jersey) http://teamcyclonauts.com/ Steve Watkin wrote: Not for the UK it seems? Actually, it has Scotland, Wales, and England listed as countries.
I pointed out to the admin that these three regions plus Northern Ireland constituted the country of United Kingdom, but it has not been changed. Jim Flom wrote: "Steve Watkin" wrote in message ... No? The profile allows for a UK address and you can enter data in either metric or imperial units. I may be showing my prejudices here but I found it interesting that in the sign up page, you are given the option of showing distances in 'Metric' or 'Standard'!!!? No way am I going to stand for the Imperial measurement system being called 'Standard'!!! :-) Anyway, I find http:\\www.bikely.com to be quite a nice route mapping site also. It's not perfect - site navigation could be improved... Funny how all these sites use a version of Google Maps... |

The other map providers do not supply a way to create a website on top
of thier maps, only google. Bugbear wrote: Funny how all these sites use a version of Google Maps... |
