Default Riding near Moscow Russia

Yes, I'm not kidding. I may be getting work
in Moscow, and I know it's not a bike friendly city, but
does anyone know _how far away_ for the central city; and what's the
best direction to
go, if you want to do some nice countryside riding?

Thanks!
