Default Seattle Bike Club recommendations?

Cat 3, does triathalons, tt's, and some road races. looking for a
saturday morning group ride 2-4 hours year round, too.

Did you ask on the Cascade buddy board or look on their daily ride series?

If you can deal with Sunday morning instead of Saturday, try the Cascade Club
ride "Hills of the West Coast".

It lives up to the Strenuous description but it's not a "lets drop the newby"
ride. Unfortuntely, rain cancels, so you are no your own for most of the winter.
