centurion questions

I've noticed several of these middle aged bikes around town. they seem to be
loved and used by the owners. I would like to try one for a year or so, but
angle gage doesn't work too well on the comp. screen, can some one tell me
about the bikes models angles, I'm not big on real quick handling.??
