stoke towpath

Hello,
Does anyone know if the tow path on the Caldon canal from just south of
Leek into stoke is cycleable?
I'm aiming to ride into Stoke and it looks a good route, I've got the
Stoke cycle map and it doesn't say it is. If any of it is usable it
would help.
