doctor), Dr. Michele Ferrari (cycling team consulting doctor) and Jose
“Pepe” Martí (cycling team trainer) have all received lifetime periods
of ineligibility as the result of their anti-doping rule violations in
the United States Postal Service (USPS) Cycling Team Doping Conspiracy."
