The Tour de France should be turned into an exhibition event, and this
would be a way to junk the whole drug testing thing. To not pretend
that it is a sport, just an exhibition like the world wrestling
federation. A disclaimer that participants will be using performance
enhancing drugs and that this is not a sporting competition. Let's face
it, it has always been this way with cheating being more the rule than
the exception.
