Too fast, too little skill, inefficient brakes and then hits a stealth
tractor/trailer.

When will cyclists learn? .

FAIL!

Another attempt to make some point or other by citing an arbitrary
news item in a vain attempt to make some kind of connection, which
does not exist. Yet again, no point is actually made, no argument
won, and the intellectual vacuum that is the OP continues.

You have posted in this group. The normal practice is that you attempt
to make a point in your posting, a point which you support with a
number of logical propositions which could be considered an argument.
You have failed to make any point and, by definition, have provided no
single logical proposition.
I merely seek clarification of your position: my right to do so is a
direct result of having been one of the unfortunate addressees of your
initial deep, prolonged and extremely serious psychotic convulsions
(your postings). I hope you emrge from this episode soon.
Unfortunately your vitriol has occluded your coherence leading to its
demise.

I have killfiled Cheerless for that very reason.
I am impervious to abusive postings and ad hominem attacks, but I
can't abide people who cannot follow a logical path of reasoning or
just flail about blindly in the desperate hope that maybe one of their
100's of nonsensical posts will hit home. It is like a small child
with a box of letters from the alphabet who chucks them in the air and
hopes that on at least one day, an abusive message that actually means
anything will be spelled out. Sadly for him, he will have no (serious)
audience at all if and when such a message materialises.

I actually find the purity of the posts quite pleasing;
more so than the pseudo-reasoned arguments of some
others here, anyway.

This place is just a bear pit, (right?), since
for pleasant conversation about, ooh, say,
cycling, there's a much better place.

And every night in my tiny spare bedroom
my bright red bike sleeps dreaming of tomorrow and me.
Drifting round London together. Smiling.
