The research is accurate. Sport England depend upon handouts which depend upon them appearing to achieve results. They are not know for their independence. If the published survey shows they are not earning their handouts the real figures are probably pretty dire. The small Mintel survey showing " 40 percent of the UK population was cycling at least one a month" was plainly risible. |
