Default How to know what pound spring to put on a coilover given a certain weight?

My AC1 came with a Manitou Swinger 4-way, 450x2.0 spring. Now, I keep
bottoming it out on the drops I've been able to do so far, about 4 or 5
feet, and I want something stiffer. How do I know what spring I need?

I'm 135 lbs, preload is already set all the way to the middle of the shock,
my SPV air is set to 100psi, and the volume is turned all the way down.
