Default Pedal grab with front foot or back foot?

doesnt that make it harder?

yes. when i was riding today i hopped up 3 pallets for the first time.
i could only do seat out and hopping to the left. when i tried to the
right i couldnt get the height. I always thought i was better at
hopping to the right, and i was until today for some reason. so i think
i need to learn pedal grabs with my back foot or stall on the ledge and
do a body variel and the go to rubber.
