I ride the same road every day, maybe I can get this clown on video.

You never know your luck, if you goad him by "riding primary", you might get knocked off and be able to claim compensation with the help of a firm of ambulance chasers. The black Peugeot could be quite profitable for you. |

Yeah, I could do with another 5 grand and three weeks free holiday. :-) Pity I ride to work too early in the morning though. -- Simon Mason |

In any county with a competent police force (does anyone know of one in the UK?), they'd see that in the paper and be there looking for him themselves - along with checking any cctv or traffic cams in the area, and serving a warning under s59 of the Police Reform Act 2002, which could lead to the vehicle being seized even if there is insufficient evidence for a prosecution (meaning the police can bypass the clowns at the CPS). Plod can't even catch this meathead despite it being on a plate for them. Mind you, it's only a matter of time. http://road.cc/content/news/38709-vi...-captured-film -- Simon Mason |

Isn't there some little ruse you can use to shame the Chief Constable into action? Perhaps you could report him for paedophilia or soemthing? |

In any county with a competent police force (does anyone know of one in the UK?) I know of about 30. Without them there would be anarchy. They do an excellent job under difficult circumstances and deserve our respect. , they'd see that in the paper and be there looking for him themselves - along with checking any cctv or traffic cams in the area, and serving a warning under s59 of the Police Reform Act 2002, which could lead to the vehicle being seized even if there is insufficient evidence for a prosecution (meaning the police can bypass the clowns at the CPS). Actually, they would be sitting in the canteen having a good laugh at the ****wit who wrote the wankcry. -- Dave - Cyclists VOR. The Police probably regard the cyclist as a tosser - as most people regard cyclists. they just can't be arsed to respond to a wankcry. They get enough time wasting calls as it is. -- Dave - Cyclists VOR.
