mail order OLD hub cones?

is there, a source for huib cones, where matching your sent-in-cones to
new stock, is standard (acceptable) practice??
in mid winter, off course.

If you give the guys measurements of outer diameter of the cones and the
threading of the axle, that should be enough to give a close enough match,
at least as long as it's a standard-size balls thing.

Wheels Manufacturing makes cones for out-of-production hubs. They've
