99% of cyclists do not ride in the bike lane so if a Vehicle hits and
kills a cyclists because the dumb ****en cyclists is not in the bike
lane -the law says NO ****EN BIG DEAL and the cyclists will be
charged with Illegal/unsafe lane change dead or not.

Did you realize that 99.999% of the roads in our great country do not
have bike lanes for us cyclists to travel in? So we're actually
doing better than your 'statistic'.
Contact your Congressman and do something about it!

You could have got at least one more in there, maybe two, wanna try
again. Besides that, it's kinda hard to take someone seriously when 22%
of the words are expletives. Mind you if your going to use an
