Default North Wales cyclists killed - defective tyres follow up

Driver has been proscecuted for having defective tyres, although the
article still doesn't explicity say whether or not the driver had
defective tyres at the time of the crash.

I'm on holiday but can't go out (there is a joiner in fitting our new
kitchen) so I had time for a look. I'ts not nice in there.
