Holy crap. What a great win by il Falco! One of the highlights of the last
week of the Tour, imo.

Discovery avenges Armstrong's loss here a decade ago (also a two up
sprint).

Funny, when Vino tried to take a turn at the front to turn the screws
on Landis and Evans, Ullrich yelled something at him and he went back
to the rear.

Discovery put a little more padding into the white jersey too.

They also took the lead in the best team classification. Good day for them.

I'm at a loss to explain how freaking stupid them that's running TMO
are.

Showcased in Höllentour, T-Mobile comes across as a very sincere and
well-run team, no different than any other top team. It's a shame they've
had so much difficulty this year. Perhaps a run of bad luck?

It may be that there were some problems with one or more of the riders, or
technical glitches, or equipment problems.

Though it may be easy to say they're stupidly run, there's usually more to
it than that. Having said that, yeah, seems they were asleep today. ;-)

You think they should have insisted that Klodi ride with a broken wrist so
they could preserve their best team classification?
