Agreed, all of the 'secrets' have been spilled. It's no longer
rocket science. Just log into the internets and blood doping 101 is
everywhere.

FWIW, Vaughters says the data (bio passport and average speeds)
suggests the former.

JV selected one particular climb (Plateau de Beille) to compare past and present
speeds, statistically this is meaningless as many other factors come into play
in any particular stage.
