The driver has already wriggled in the dock by pleading "not guilty". No matter, since he has been held in custody until June.

How is that wriggling? Are people not entitled to plead "not guilty"


Indeed - that is also known as a wriggle, if you are on video knocking over cyclists (and police officers) like ninepins.
