He's not THAT good. Any news from Iraq is bad news for Karl's stategy.
It will just remind us voters that competence is lacking in prosecuting
the war in Iraq, not to mention the war in Afghanistan. It took so
long for the competence angle to stick, but finally voters are getting
it.

How can an organization so good at things like flying and ear
mongering, which requires talent and job comepetence, suck so bad when
it comes to everything else?
