Not that I'll ever own a motor vehicle in London but they ought to try the Chamber of Commercy bumper sticker:

"What's the hurry? You're already in London."

Many of the commments are along the lines of "Top Gear did the same challenge years ago" and the cyclist won that challenge as well much to the annoyance of Jeremy Clarkson.
