Since no motor vehicle driver in history has ever passed a red traffic light why do councils waste money on traffic light cameras?

It is related to cycling because cyclists have to pay for them.


I did not realise that cyclists are the only payees into the
Government's coffers. Goodness they must be high earners, can you tell
us your financial position, it must be very good.
