Recommendations Wanted: Bike Tours in Italy

And the interesting part is that they do not cut corners. They seem to
have accommodations as nice as the competitors, the food is as good (or
better), and the price includes wine (which is extra with most
competitors). They seem to have done a good job of negotiating good
deals with good providers, a sign of folks who know what is available
and can work the business end as well.

specialised in tours within the Veneto region. The organiser is a lady
from NewJersey, married to an Italan, who commutes every year between
NJ and Bassano. Her name is April Pedersen (Santinon).
I have met her once and have had first-hand very nice reports about her
organisation.
