signals to his heart.

Which may not be too far from the truth; some folks hearts have electrical
issues. Whatever it is, the guy is alive & fighting and it's pretty harsh
making fun of the situation.

Agreed. However, I don't know that heat attack victims are usually
placed in an induced coma. But then, I'm not a physician.
